Indoor Centre Rules of Use

We are very proud of the recent renovations of the indoor centre, including the extractor
fans and new artificial turf. We hope you appreciate and respect them too. We wish to
keep the facilities in the best possible condition, so require that anyone using the facilities
follow the following rules. Anyone that does not, will be refused use of the centre.

Strictly Do Not:

  • Wear metal cricket spikes.
  • Wear football boots including metal studs or cleat soled boots.
  • Avoid heavy excessive bat tapping on the batter’s end creases.
  • Throw chewing gum on the turf surface.Eat or drink (other than water).
  • Coaches and players only inside this area.

Do’s:

  • Wear rubber sole trainer shoes.
  • Wear soft rubber dimpled sole cricket shoes.
  • Treat the centre with respect.
  • Use the rubbish bin.
  • Bring your A game and best attitude to training.
  • Have fun!

General User Rules

  • No unauthorized use allowed.
  • As an approved hirer, you have been provided with your own individual access/security code (which we track) DO NOT share this code with anyone.
  • If you wish to hire this facility you can book the nets via the Book Now link on www.kenmaunderpark.com.
  • The switch for turning on the extractor fans (for an automatic 2 hours) is immediately above the light switches in the foyer area.
  • No spectators in the net area. Please watch from the upstairs viewing lounge.
  • No chairs to be taken into the indoor centre.
  • No balls to be hit, thrown, or kicked against the walls or ceiling.
  • All gear or equipment is to be removed by users from the indoor centre at the end of each session. Otherwise, it will be thrown away.
  • Leave changing rooms and toilets tidy.
  • If you are the last person to leave, please ensure all doors are firmly closed behind you and
    switch the lights in the foyer off.

You are now on camera. One of our renovations has been to install cameras that can be monitored
at any time. Infringement of any of these rules will see the offender asked to leave and/or
have their user rights removed.
